3、Question : How we start? Is it complex?
Answer : It's very easy to start, if you have specific requirement, just send to us thru email or IM tools( like skype ), we will reply very soon. If you do not have in mind of what exactly you want, don't worry, just let us know the purpose you need and where you use them, we will give you the best suggestions or different choices for your reference.
4、Question : What information should I let you know for a quotation?
Answer : Commonly, we need to know the product name, size, material, and quantity for a rapid quote. But if you have some information not quite sure, don’t worry, let us know, we will quote base on the best solution we can provide.
5、Question : Do you have a minimum quantity or accept a small order?
Answer : By using our digital printing process, we can do order from 1pcs. That means we do not have a minimum quantity of one order. But 1pcs or small quantity order is more suitable for long term cooperation business or preproduction sample, it’s not so cost-effective for one time order.
6、Question : Do you have art templates?
Answer : Yes, we have art templates of all our products for you to create your own art files. So far, we do not have them online for downloading, you can contact us to get the templates. We also can make your custom flags that base on your custom templates.
7、Question : What art file should I provide, could you help on the design?
Answer : In our industry, vector art is the standard, it can be vector format .eps, .ai or .pdf, but if you have non-vector format art file (.jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd), please make sure the size is right and the resolution is high enough. You can use any fonts in your art, but please make sure they are outlined before you send to us. We also have designer can help you to create your own art. 8、Question : How to make sure the colors are printed correctly?
Answer : First, we use Pantone solid coated (PMS) to match colors. This is an international standard of color matching. Any other Pantone or custom spot color will be converted to the closest matching Pantone solid color. Second, before we make your order, we need adjust the colors in software and print one swatch to match specified PMS colors, we only start physical production after color matching done. If you just provide us CMYK colors or images format art, we can only print them directly, that we can not accurately match the quality of color to your expected color.
9、Question : What’s the standard order process?
Answer : For standard order process, it’s easy. See below steps. For more complex order or long term cooperation, please contact us for detail.
1) Send requirement to us thru official email
2) We will provide solution and quote within 1 day.
3) Communicate and Order confirmed
4) We will send PI and e-proof for approval
5) E-Proof get approval and payment received
6) Start production and we will capture pictures when production done.
7) Pictures get confirmed and we will arrange to ship out
8) Order ship out and we will send tracking number for checking.
9) Order received and review with no problem.
10、Question : How to control and guarantee the quality?
Answer : First, we have very strict management system to control the product quality. We also have QC to verify products before shipping out. Second, to give our customer best experience, we provide proof for customer to review and provide physical product pictures for customer to verify before shipping out. No need to worry about working with us.
11、Question : What's the normally production lead time?
Answer : For custom flags sample or small orders, we can complete in 2-3 days by using our digital printing process. For mass production, we normally take 7-10 days to make it, depend on the order scale. Rush service is available. Please communicate with us for detail lead time when place order.
12、Question : What’s the ship method you use?
Answer : We use three main ways for shipping, they are following
1) By Express (UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT), this is the most common way since most of our orders are rush. We are big VIP of these Express companies that we can provide the fastest shipping service with low price.
2) By SEA, for large orders or there is enough time for production, we can use sea shipping to save cost.
3) By AIR, this is port to port shipping, it’s a cost-effective way but the handle process is more complex than Express.
13、Question : What’s your Payment term?
Answer : We accept T/T, Paypal and Western Union. For the standard order, 30% in advance and 70% after order production finished. For long term cooperation, we have more flexible payment term. Please contact us for more detail information.
